Relief Chef De Partie -

Relief Chef De Partie 18.00 per hour Dublin

At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of Ireland & the UK’s most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food, great customer experience.  Position in with Premier Crew G&G Internal Relief Team, covering G&G sites supporting locations in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Location: G&G sites located in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Rate of pay: €18.00 per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday

Key responsibilities

• To provide relief cover for various locations in Dublin and surronding areas
• To prepare and, where necessary, serve all food to the highest standard
• To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus being prepared and where necessary identify shortages and instigate action to source ingredients
