Communications Specialist

Energy Elephant is seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a growing energy management company, we are looking for an individual who is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about driving our communication initiatives forward.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Energy Elephant's brand and services - Create content for various channels including website, social media, press releases, and marketing materials - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including media contacts, industry partners, and clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Assist with event planning and execution to support company initiatives - Conduct research to support communication campaigns and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in a communications role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent planning and organization skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Knowledge of energy management industry is a plus
