Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Online Social Media Manager to join our team at HubSpot Dublin. As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our online social media presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This is a full-time position based in Waterford, Munster, IE at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more - Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers - Analyze social media insights and metrics to optimize performance and reach target audience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or company - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Proficiency in graphic design and video editing is a plus
