Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Cooper Industries is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach our target audience and drive conversions - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner - Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and increase brand awareness - Provide regular reports on social media performance to key stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices - Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
