Job Description:

VMware Ireland is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic and leads.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed. - Manage and collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing. - Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely manner. - Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility. - Report on social media performance metrics to management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management. - Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong presentation and leadership skills. - Motivated and passionate about social media marketing. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
