Ireland (Dublin) Ireland (Dublin) Sales Hybrid Leaders Function: Sales AFHLocation: DublinContract: PermanentABOUT YOUR NEW JOBAs a Sales Team Lead you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of business developers within the Away From Home Channel to deliver business results across our developing portfolio. You will also be expected to manage/present to local key accounts customers with a high focus on customers centricity.This will include, motivating, coaching, and providing guidance to ensure you have a high performing sales team & develop talent for the future. You will be responsible for supporting and onboarding all new members of your team. You will collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating our cultural values including ‘Striving for Simplicity’, ‘Dream Big’ and ‘Running it like you own it’.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify existing and new customers to create value driven partnerships to drive our customers business & our portfolio. Actively explores customers current and future needs, identifies relevant trends on the market and shares proposals for improvement in products, services and initiatives.Takes full responsibility for running the area, owning the operational plan which will deliver on our business strategy, delivered in a sustainable way which will help to achieve our BP. While also ensuring that your business developers are fully accountable for there results.Raises the bar for individual and team performance, rewards and recognizes exceptional results, addresses under-performance quickly and effectively.Collaborating with your team and work closely cross functionally within the business to drive results. Proactively manages relationships with all customers to improve customer satisfaction score year on year.Lead, develop and coach sales team to achieve high performance, team-oriented and engaged environment. Development of sales teams through capability plans on the job assignments and career discussions is ensured. Attract top talent, implement a learning culture and develop a succession plan for your team.Empowers the team to have a high-performance mindset and a winning culture by setting out the clear vision for the team and channel. Team objectives clearly communicated and translated into stretched individual objectives.Motivated yourself and your team to explore new, better ways of doing things and promote team ideas upwards.
