Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hexafly is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing - Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns - Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative thinker with a strong eye for design - Independent and resourceful, able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
