What to expect from the Entity Governance & Compliance tax role?

We're looking for graduates who are eager, adaptable, and ready to expand their skills in company secretarial, governance, and business areas. You'll work with our in-house Diligent package and custom applications designed by us.

You'll receive comprehensive training both on the job and through structured modules, ensuring you have a mentor within the team to guide you daily. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse projects throughout the year, with each day presenting new challenges. By the end of three years, you'll have a solid understanding of Company Law and the Company Secretarial role.

Professional Qualifications:

Embarking on our EGC graduate programme is your first step towards earning the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification. We’re committed to providing the tools and guidance you need to excel, and we’ll fully fund your Master’s in Corporate Governance to help you achieve it.
