Are you looking to build a career in insurance and work towards a CIP qualification? We’re seeking a motivated Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. Whether you have some experience in customer service, administration, or sales – if you're eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Assist in providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
• Support customers with queries about their policies, renewals, and claims.
• Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.

What we’re looking for:

• A keen interest in insurance and a desire to complete the CIP qualification (exam support provided).
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
