Accounting Consultant

Established in 1973, with headquarters in Cork and 45+ office locations nationwide, we offer a range of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Agri-Consultancy, Financial and Business Advisory to a diversified portfolio of almost 30,000 clients. 

We are seeking to hire an Accountant/Consultant between our Templemore and Roscrea, Co. Tipperary offices. 

 Responsibilities: 

·       Manage a portfolio of clients annually and develop strong client relationships through continuous engagement.

·       Working with an ambitious team of experts, scheduling client assignments and developing consulting opportunities.

·       Management of client assignments ensuring the key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner.

·       Input into and assisting with the office work plan and diversification.

·       Dealing with ad-hoc client queries.

·       Proactive client engagement on project opportunities.

Candidate Profile: 

·       Motivated self-starter with an ambition to continue progressing successfully your career.

·       Effective and personable business advisor to clients.

·       Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.

·       Experience of dealing and consulting with clients.

·       Strong organisational and time management skills.

·       Experience in practice accounting as a Qualified Accountant.
