FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Payable Administrator to join our construction client based in Carrickmacross Co Monaghan . Our client has many construction projects of varying scale across Ireland and the UK.
This will be a 32 hour week role - working days/hours to be agreed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Processing of invoices for verification and payment
* Statement reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Preparation of accounts payable reports
* Communication with Finance team regarding supplier statements and invoices that are due
* Preparation and submission of Intrastat returns
* Ad hoc admin duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Accountancy Qualification desirable
* Previous Accounts experience or experience in a similar position
* Good Organisational Skills with excellent eye for detail and accuracy
* Excellent IT Skills - Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/ Word
* Experience with accounting software
* Good communication and Time Management Skills
