Accounts Payable Clerk

We have an exciting opportunity for an accounts payable clerk on site in Kepak Kilbeggan County West Meath This is a permanent Contract reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:         

·         Weekly payroll for 60 employees

·         Generating Purchase Orders

·         Posting Invoices

·         Processing SEPA payments

·         Reconciliation of Monthly Supplier Statements and liaising with Suppliers

·         Filing of documentation to support Finance audits

·         Monthly Stationery Order

·         Adhoc office duties as required by the business

·         Assist with Holiday cover within the Finance Department

·         Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role

·         Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

·         Knowledge of basic accounting principles
