What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist within our Roomex division. This position is located in Dublin. In this role, you will be an a key team member responsible for our Hotel Commission Ledger. You will be supporting our UK/Ireland Market and our US Market. You will report directly to our Billing and Payments Manager and regularly collaborate with other members of our Financial and operations teams.

As a Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in Dublin office
Company-issued laptop + remote access for your home-office days
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Full management of Hotel Commission Ledger for two entities to include:
Invoicing of Hotel Commission Revenue
Follow up on unpaid Hotel Commission Amounts
Reconciliation of Hotel Commission Receipts Against Recognised Commission
Allocation of Hotel Commission Revenue Receipts to Ledger
Working with internal and external stakeholder on Investigation and resolution of variances on Hotel Commission Revenue
Providing ongoing reporting and KPI’s on Aged Commission amounts
Assisting with development and improvement of Hotel Commission Process on an going basis
Any other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
You will likely have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in relevant roles, ideally within a technology environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Particularly Excel) and experience of working with an ERP system. Experience working with Netsuite would be an advantage
Strong Excel Skills are a must along with an ability to work with large volumes of data
You will be a results-driven, solutions-oriented individual, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
You will bring good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a passion for data integrity and process definition and a strong customer focus
You will have a track record of hands on activity and achievement of goals, able to have a flexible, can-do attitude, combined with a high degree of resilience and a maturity of judgement
