As an Activity Leader your main aim will be to deliver a great social programme to our students at all times by providing them with activities, excursions and great customer service, ensuring each student’s experience with EC exceeds their expectations. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Assists in the planning, implementation and promoting of student activities, assisting students with their requirements in this area
  


• Leading the student activities which can take place during the week or weekends, in the mornings, afternoons or evenings


• Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements and service applications that positively impact the student’s experience


• Ensure the activities and excursions operate to the highest standards of relevant Health & Safety and safeguarding practices 

Education Required:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Experience Desired:

• Customer Service experience


• Working in a multi-cultural environment
  


• Previous work experience in an English Language School (considered an asset)
