EMS provides SPV management services across 27 asset classes, building on initial capability across education and healthcare, and now active across many additional social infrastructure sectors, street lighting, renewables and environmental services.

Services are delivered by a multi-disciplined team of over 200 people, and the company generates an annual turnover in excess of £28m. The business anticipates further growth in the coming years, with existing engagements under long-term contracts and visibility of a healthy pipeline of additional contracts.
Role Overview
The primary focus of the role will be to provide a combination of day-to-day business contract administration, as detailed below. The role will benefit from exposure to a variety of different work streams and differing relationships, to include public sector partners, investors, lenders and supply chain partners.

Relevant vocational qualifications or apprenticeship that aligns with the requirements.
+1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Principal Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in discharging the obligations of the client to the extent that the obligations are required to be performed by EMS under the terms of its subcontract.
Seek to act at all times in the best interests of the client in dealings with the project parties.
Develop effective working relationships with all project parties.
Collate papers and prepare packs to support project meetings.
Record the minutes of project meetings.
Manage correspondence (including letters and email traffic), to include filing appropriately and updating incoming and outgoing correspondence logs.
Support the production and issue of correspondence.
Manage information requests reasonably requested by the project parties.
Provide support in ensuring that processes exist for receiving, logging and dealing with all notices concerning the project.
Provide support in issuing information to the client, record the comments received and circulate them to the supply chain partners for action.
Track tasks and project actions, measure and report progress.
Assist in the preparation of information to be provided by the client pursuant to the contract documents.
