Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clock Administrator to manage and oversee employee time tracking using the Jibble system. The successful candidate will ensure accurate recording of working hours, maintain data integrity, and support operational efficiency through precise timekeeping administration, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for team members

• Administer and manage the Jibble time tracking system off-site
• Monitor employee clock-ins and clock-outs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in time records in a timely manner
• Generate and maintain reports on attendance, hours worked, and anomalies
• Liaise with supervisors and employees regarding timekeeping issues
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to attendance
• Maintain organized and accurate records for auditing and payroll purposes
• Provide basic training or guidance to staff on proper use of the system
• Support payroll preparation by validating time data before submission

Travel Coordination Duties:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights
• Compare and monitor travel costs to ensure cost efficiency
• Manage and upload travel invoices to financial folders in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and related documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative, timekeeping, or coordination role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & confident in Data management
• Experience with Time Tracking systems
• Familiarity with workforce management or attendance systems desirable
• Experience in travel coordination or booking systems is an advantage
• Basic understanding of payroll processes is an advantage
