Competitive Remuneration Package

• Airbus type rated pilots have a package for the first year of approximately €87,500  

*This includes average variable flight associated pay of approximately €16,000

o Contributory Pension scheme (21% contribution from Aer Lingus plus 11% employee contribution)

Essential Criteria

- Valid EASA issued ATPL 

- Any of the following Airbus Ratings A320, A330, A340, A350, A380

- EASA Class 1 Medical certificate

- Fluent in English (EASA ELP Level 5 or greater)

- Eligible to live and work in the EU/Ireland

- Valid unrestricted worldwide passport

- Able to pass aviation security vetting and company medical 

- Two verifiable references

Next Stages of the Process

- Submit application by Midnight on Monday 06th October 2025

- Online assessments will be issued Tuesday 7th October and to be completed within 72 hours

- Assessment held in Dublin, week commencing 20th October 2025, details to be confirmed

- Background check, company medical, intoxicant screening
