Gowan Auto, Importers and distributors of multiple motor brands in Ireland, are seeking to recruit an Aftersales Fleet Support Executive reporting to the Aftersales Fleet Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the fleet companies in resolving concerns to ensure minimum downtime of vehicles on their fleet, ensuring highest standards of customer service levels at all times.
• Listen to and log our fleet contacts’ queries and complaints.
• Log all fleet and dealer communications in CRM Dynamic.
• Manage cases and escalate to the Aftersales Fleet Support Manager for a successful and satisfactory conclusion, by utilising a brand integrity-based approach to enable early intervention and resolution.
• Manage and prioritise escalated cases.
• Support corporate fleet customers with alternative transport arrangements, where appropriate.
• Engage with and/or meet with fleet customers to assist with the resolution of product issues.
• Provide feedback to the Aftersales Fleet Support Manager on the experience of fleet users in the marketplace.
• Identify potential areas of training for fleet users and liaise with Gowan Auto’s training department to provide technical training where necessary.
• Ensure that all aspects of Gowan Auto aftersales support meet both dealer and fleet expectations.
• Provide technical information to Gowan Auto fleet managers for tenders as required.
• Identify opportunities to encourage fleet companies to avail of all authorised dealer aftersales services.
• Utilise the assistance of Gowan Auto technical staff through Heads of Aftersales to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Manage and prioritise all cases for corporate fleet customers, including dealers & partners and support with alternative transport, where appropriate.
• Engage with emergency breakdown service providers to ensure a quick resolution and customer satisfaction is maintained in a fleet environment.
• Continually manage all outstanding recalls and campaigns as and when they affect our large fleet users.
Key Attributes:
• Full, clean driving licence required.
• 5 years minimum experience in the motor trade in an aftersales role.
• A technical and parts background would be an advantage.
• High numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
