The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives across multiple teams, disciplines, and time zones.
This role independently owns delivery execution, drives alignment across stakeholders, and proactively manages risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs. This role will deliver several key projects across business and other transformational areas, mostly within AI engineering, AI platform and agentic systems domain. Prior experience delivering AI or data‑driven initiatives is strongly beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large, complex IT projects from initiation through execution to closure.
- Translate high-level objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk profiles.
- Actively manage scope, schedule, quality, and delivery risks, initiating corrective actions when required.
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams spanning Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Platform.
- Build trusted relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.
- Address delivery friction, stakeholder tension, and competing priorities constructively and professionally.
- Deliver projects involving teams and stakeholders distributed across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication, hand-offs, and decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
- Provide concise, outcome-focused status updates highlighting risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, including RAID management, project health metrics, and decision tracking.
- Ensure alignment with D&B standards for security, compliance, and delivery governance.
- Apply Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery approaches pragmatically based on context and team maturity.
- Continuously identify opportunities for delivery improvement to increase predictability and efficiency.
- Participate in and drive all existing project review meetings and help with the definition of new and streamlined process.
- Drive creation of training material and associated rollout program.
- Available to work onsite two to three days per week as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
