AML & Assurance Associate

• Provide complete oversight of AML risk and controls
  
• Prepare AML reports for approval and presentation to the board at meetings
  
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on AML advice in relation to complex matters
  
• Implement and maintain the AML Controls Framework
  
• Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies as well as internal stakeholders 
  
• Comply with risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in an AML role within a MiFID firm or Credit Institution
  
• Strong understanding of AML laws and regulations
  
• Experience conducting AML assurance activities and reporting on the findings
  
• Certification within Compliance is preferable
  
• Strong communication ability and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  
• Self -motived individual with a passion for AML
