Arable Farm Worker – Ireland

We are looking for experienced Arable Farm Workers to join our excellent and respected clients in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors and other agricultural machinery


• Carry out ploughing, cultivating, seeding, weeding, planting, and harvesting


• Apply fertilizers and crop sprays safely


• Perform maintenance on farm machinery


• Follow health and safety procedures while working outdoors

Requirements:

• Agriculture-related education is an advantage but not essential


• ​​​​​​​At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in arable/crop farming


• Experience operating tractors and other farm machinery


• Machinery maintenance skills is an advantage


• Physically fit and able to perform manual, physically demanding work


• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team


• Valid Driver's License


• Good command of English
