Assistant Director of Nursing

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to nursing and care teams.
  




• Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the nursing home.
  




• Support staffing, rostering, and the ongoing professional development of nursing staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registration.
  




• Experience in long-term or residential care with a strong clinical background.
  




• Strong leadership skills, ideally with CNM or similar senior nursing experience.
  




• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
