Job Description - Assistant Front Office Manager

We now have a fantastic new opportunity for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

 

Key Requirements:

        Previous experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or Reception Supervisor is essential

        Working knowledge of Front Office Systems - Opera Experience desirable.

        Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent service

        Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.

        Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.

        Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the hospitality industry.

        Excellent written and spoken levels of English.

 

Main Duties:

        Responsibility for the efficient running of the front office activities ensuring highest standard of customer service

        Assisting in training and development of existing and new members of the team

        Assisting in training of SOP's and Standards.

        Ensuring arrival & departure procedures are followed to ensure a positive guest experience.

        Upselling rooms and cross selling throughout departments

        Attend meetings such as Daily Briefings and weekly Head of Department meeting.

        Overseeing the allocation of rooms and liaising with Accommodation department to ensure timely availability.
