Assistant Night Manager

Role Title: Assistant Night Manager
Location: Newtown Park Hotel
Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Days: 5 Nights Per Week

Newtown Park Hotel is seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Night Manager to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others, and thrives in a calm, structured night‑time environment. What You Will Be Doing

Guest Support — Welcoming late arrivals, assisting guests with queries, and ensuring a warm, professional presence throughout the night.

Hotel Security — Monitoring the premises, completing regular walk‑throughs, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Night Operations — Setting up early‑morning areas, supporting housekeeping or front‑office tasks, and preparing the hotel for the next day.

Team Collaboration — Working closely with the Night Manager and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Light Manual Tasks — Moving tables, chairs, equipment, and completing duties that require steady physical stamina throughout the shift.
