The primary focus of the role is to support the Projector Director responsible and the Irish board to develop and grow client relationships and our presence in the Dublin and wider region.
Business Development to grow our client portfolio and bid management support. Contribute to the diversification of the service offerings to our clients.
Support the real estate Director to identify and recruit new team members and develop teams to successfully deliver on commissions. To lead programme and project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
Act as the key, day to day office lead and key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. Manage commissions and resources in an efficient manner in order to contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
To contribute to the overall strategic and operational management of the business, with a particular focus on our Dublin operation. Be specifically responsible for business development / marketing tasks and support the real estate director to achieve the real estate business plan.
Director with strategy (including finance), business generation, and team growth and operation management (quality) responsibilities in accordance with the Turner and Townsend model for excellence.
