Associate Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an Associate Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland, where you will play a key role in supporting our Professional Services team across the EMEA region. 

As an Associate Onboarding Specialist, you will support the implementation of LeanData solutions as part of our Professional Services team. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you will gain hands-on experience with SaaS implementation, consultative delivery, and the full customer lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, building deep knowledge of LeanData’s offerings and best practices in lead routing and revenue operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Rapidly ramp up and contribute to project delivery

• Learn LeanData’s products, implementation methodology, and customer success practices

• Manage multiple product implementations for small to mid-sized business clients

• Guide customers through onboarding to ensure successful and timely deployments

• Participate in—and eventually lead—customer meetings and project planning sessions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and align on solutions

• Troubleshoot customer issues using tools such as Chrome Inspector and support customers and developers with clear, accurate communication
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or internships in SaaS or related technology

• Interest in revenue operations, customer success, and technical solution delivery

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Familiarity with JavaScript and browser-based debugging tools is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.com, marketing automation platforms, or customer-facing roles
