Job Description - Audience Growth Lead

Responsibilities:



  • Own the promotion and distribution of Gambling.com Group tools, free-to-play games, and app products, making sure the right audiences know they exist and have a reason to use them.

  • Plan and execute campaigns that drive app downloads, registrations, and first-use activation across app stores, social, web, email, and any channel where the audience lives.

  • Own App Store Optimisation (ASO) end to end: metadata, screenshots, ratings management, keyword strategy, and conversion rate optimisation for both App Store and Google Play.

  • Build and grow the email subscriber base across assigned properties, designing acquisition funnels, optimising sign-up flows, and running automated nurture sequences that turn a first visit into a habit.

  • Design and manage user-incentivised journeys: competitions, giveaways, free-to-play entry points, and engagement mechanics that reward loyalty and drive re-engagement. The real metric is how many users come back on day 7, day 30, and beyond.

  • Build growth loops: referral mechanics, viral free-to-play hooks, social sharing incentives, and any mechanism that turns one user into two.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns where they make sense, identifying the right creators, briefing content, coordinating delivery, and measuring impact on installs and engagement.

  • Run experiments constantly. A/B test messaging, channels, formats, incentives, and creative. Kill what does not work fast and double down on what does.

  • Operate as a one-person growth function, an individual contributor who uses AI and smart tooling to multiply output and move at a pace a larger team could not.

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the sports betting and iGaming landscape, with a genuine interest in sports and fantasy sports.


 



  • AI-first in everything. Uses AI tools as the default starting point for research, analysis, campaign ideation, content drafting, creative production, and reporting. Sets the standard for what AI-assisted audience growth looks like and is accountable for the quality of every output, regardless of how it was produced.
