Job Title: Business Development Sales Executive

Location: Full time Field based within your designated territory in Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Dedicated Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a Business Development Sales Executive at CPM, you will play a pivotal role in driving Vodafone's fixed broadband and mobile solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Ireland. This position offers the autonomy of field-based sales with robust support from a dedicated manager and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for fixed broadband and mobile solutions tailored to the SME sector.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs to offer tailored Vodafone solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Vodafone's product offerings and industry trends to effectively present solutions to clients.
• Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the dedicated manager and operations team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the telecommunications or SME sector.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
• Driving License: Full, clean Irish or EU driving license with access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €32,000 per annum (DOE)
• Car Allowance: €5,000 per annum
• Performance Loyalty Bonus: €4,000 per annum
• Sales Incentives: Up to €25,000 per annual
• On-Target Bonus Earnings (OTE): €20,000 per annum (uncapped) 
• Additional Benefits: Company fuel card, laptop, daily expenses (lunch, mobile, parking, and tolls), and career development opportunities.
• Total package OTE 61,000l
