Reports to:              Bar Manager

Crown Quarter are currently recruiting for a Bar Person to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and late nights.

Role Requirements:
•    Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous care and attention in the preparation of all beverages.
•    Guest Focus: Provide attentive service, ensuring guests feel well-cared for throughout their visit.
•    Product Knowledge: Familiarise yourself with our drink menu and communicate offerings to guests.
•    Maintain Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards within the bar area.
•    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, providing support as needed.
•    Service Management: Assist in the setup and closure of bar service operations.
•    Sales Maximisation: Actively promote upselling opportunities to optimise revenue.

Candidate Requirements:
Attention to Detail: Exhibit excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
High Standards: Maintain a commitment to high operating standards and service excellence.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in cocktail or bar operations.
Weekend Availability: Must be available to light nights and weekends.
