Role Overview


We are growing our in‑house BIM team and are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high‑quality digital outputs across a diverse range of projects. This role is ideal for someone with established BIM experience or a Senior Technician ready to step into a more strategic, coordination‑focused position.


Reporting directly to the BIM Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our Scan‑to‑BIM capability, driving quality, consistency, and innovation across our digital workflows.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Produce accurate Revit survey models aligned with client and internal standards.

  • Support and mentor BIM and production teams in ScantoBIM workflows.

  • Maintain and update ScantoBIM documentation and standards.

  • Work with the BIM Operations Manager to enhance workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Advise project teams on optimal modelling approaches and data requirements.

  • Review and validate graphical and nongraphical deliverables.

  • Uphold high standards for quality, accuracy, and deadlines.

  • Promote continuous learning across BIM, Revit, and digital surveying tools.

  • Improve BIM production processes for better planning and delivery.

  • Manage outsourcing partners to ensure reliable, scalable output.

  • Provide handson Revit technical support and troubleshooting.

  • Support business development through proposals, estimates, and client engagement.

  • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and workflow improvement.



Role Requirements



  • Strong background in surveying, digital engineering, or the AEC sector.

  • 5+ years’ Revit experience on ScantoBIM projects.

  • 2+ years’ AutoCAD experience working with point clouds.

  • Good understanding of construction, SurveytoBIM workflows, and ISO 19650.

  • Experience in project coordination and supplychain communication.

  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of point clouds and construction industry workflows.

  • Dynamo experience preferred.

  • Proactive, detailfocused, and comfortable working under pressure.

  • Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.

  • Desirable: architectural/structural experience; ArchiCAD, Tekla, clash detection, or visualisation skills.
