Block Manager - No OMC Management

Key Responsibilities

• Block Management: Oversee the management of residential developments either 100% owned by an investor or with a majority ownership, ensuring compliance with MUD Act requirements where applicable.


• Facilities & Maintenance Oversight: Implement and track planned preventative maintenance schedules, remediate outstanding FM issues, and liaise with contractors for site works.


• Financial & Budget Management: Oversee operating budgets, invoice approvals, and cost comparisons for service contracts.


• Site Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure property upkeep, address house rule breaches, and assist with insurance claims and renewals.


• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Monitor and develop strategies to reduce energy usage and enhance sustainability across the portfolio.


• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with investors, residents, and service providers, ensuring professional and effective management.
