Boojum Crew

Boojum is a network of award winning, fast-casual, Mexican restaurants across Ireland, Northern Ireland and England.

We are looking for dynamic, experienced, kitchen crew and front of house team members to join the team.

The successful candidate will be placed on a thorough training program and be fully supported in their role and continuous development.

We place a huge focus on development and have an 80% internal promotion to manager rate so you and this role will grow with us.

Salary : From €13.50 per hour

Schedule: BOH: 31-36 hours FOH: 21-26

What does the job involve?

We're glad you asked! We are recruiting for crew members to work in our front of house or back of house section. You will be working with the best food in the business and with a fantastic team of hilarious and hardworking people.

• You will work with your team to make each customer feel welcome


• Alongside your colleagues you will guide each customer through the menu and building delicious meals


• You will learn how to keep wastage to a minimum


• You will also help us keep the restaurant sparkling clean.

• Preparing our tasty salsas fresh daily
