What's the opportunity?
Intercom is gearing up for a huge year of go-to-market activity. Brand activations are a big part of that plan.
The Intercom brand activations team is looking for a Brand Activations Manager with experience in creative project management and cross-functional relationship management. You’ll oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their true potential. You’ll work to build relationships and liaise with our key cross functional partners, keeping them informed and happy, while enabling our small team of producers to do their best work for the company.
Our team is home to a small but growing diverse group of producers and creatives with a broad range of experience, backgrounds and talents. We strive to constantly look for ways to make our day-to-day work feel fresh and meaningful, and we deeply value work that’s executed through unmatched creativity, courage and execution.

- Conducting meetings with project partners and informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Identifying, tracking and delivering key cross-functional deliverables whether it’s through digital, experiential or existing assets
- Monitoring and reporting on monthly, sometimes weekly, brand activation project performance, working with our social, sales and integrated marketing campaigns teams, as well as external agencies to address and close identified gaps.
- Using brand activation and business intelligence to capture key-facts/trends and help make right business choices and report internally.
- Own the monthly tracking of brand activations budgets and maintenance with the support of the finance & procurement teams.
- Driving improvements across everything we do by taking learnings from all our marketing activities ensuring improvements are recommended and implemented into our planning cycle.
- Continuously learn about Intercom’s products and maintain deep empathy with B2B SaaS and Customer Support audiences
- Traveling as needed (~15% of the time)
