THE ROLE

We are looking for a rising star to manage the number 1 Healthy Bar in Ireland; Fulfil. This person will focus on developing and executing brand and trade marketing plans on the Island of Ireland (ROI & NI). The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Fulfil’s brand presence and drive commercial success across trade channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful marketing initiatives that engage consumers, drive retail sales, and build long-term brand equity in the market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute a clear brand strategy for Fulfil, working with Ferrero, alongside local agencies to bring to life best-in-class activation which build brand fame and top of mind awareness. Always look to disrupt the norms and outsmart competition.


• Build and implement Fulfil brand & trade marketing plans for the island of Ireland with a focus on increasing distribution, rate-of-sale and top of mind awareness.


• Work closely with Sales, Category and Finance to create tailored promotional plans and trade marketing materials that align with both brand and retail objectives.


• Manage budget efficiently and track effectiveness of brand campaigns and promos.


• Be the gatekeeper and manage existing portfolio and NPDs.


• Build and execute plans to maximise impact of NPD lines and products.


• Be entrepreneurial and constantly look at ways to improve brand and business performance.


• Build strong and credible relationships with brand principals. Deliver best-in-class brand plans, monthly and quarterly brand reviews.


• Be the brand guardian for Fulfil.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing and trade marketing ideally within FMCG. Knowledge of the Irish trade preferrable.


• Passionate about consumer trends and building brands.


• Collaborative mindset.


• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.


• Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.


• A resilient self-starter and result driven individual.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
