The Riverside Park Hotel prides itself on delivering high-quality, cooked-to-order breakfasts to a high volume of guests. We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high-standard kitchen environment while maintaining top-tier operational hygiene. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Prepare and cook all food to a high-quality standard

•    Work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen

•    Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

•    Ensure compliance with Fire, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security policies

Requirements
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume venue (preferred)

•    HACCP compliant

•    Passionate about producing high-quality food

•    A professional and friendly approach with a team-oriented attitude

•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

•    A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
