Job Description - Breakfast Chef Park Hotel Kenmare

Job Description

  • Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality and cooking
  • Effective time management of their kitchen section
  • Producing consistent, high quality plates of food
  • Ensuring portion control at all times
  • Keeping the kitchen in a clean and hygienically safe condition
  • Working in a consistent manner at all times
  • Complying with legal requirements under the Health & Safety act 2005 
  • Adhering to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines
  • Attention to detail
  • Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation

    • Qualifications

    At least 1 years experience as a Chef
