Building Services Engineer

Our Client has a fantastic opportunity available for a Building Services Engineer specializing in the servicing and maintenance of smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems.

The ideal candidate will have previous smoke ventilation experience, be electronically or mechanically minded, and can work autonomously.

This role involves nationwide travel on a week-to-week basis with an occasional need to work in the UK.

It also specialises in the supply of architectural roof glazing systems also offers a service and maintenance of smoke control equipment nationwide.

Maintenance and servicing of:

• Smoke / Day-to-Day Ventilation Systems
• Pneumatic Smoke Exhaust Systems
• SHEV Control Panels
• Window Actuator Systems
• Smoke Shaft Systems Mechanical & Natural
• Smoke/Fire Curtains
• Pressurization Systems
• Car Park Extraction Fan Systems
• Comfort Ventilation Systems
• Wind / Rain Sensors

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role
• A third-level qualification in mechanical engineering or another relevant field OR a relevant trade qualification such as electrician
• A full clean and valid driving licence
