Job Description - Business Development Consultant - Developer

Role: Business Development Consultant

Client: Residential Developer

Essentials: 3+ years' experience in real estate, property development, property economics, agency or estate management ; Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills ; Experience analysing property markets and supporting commercial opportunities.

Location: Office based in Central Dublin (hybrid)

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000

Package: Annual bonus, pension, health insurance, and more.

Support the development and management of strategic partnerships with institutional investors, public sector bodies and key commercial stakeholders.

Assist in the evaluation of new partnership and business opportunities through market research, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Prepare presentations, briefing papers, business cases and commercial materials to support partnership discussions and internal approvals.

Coordinate activities across investment, finance, construction and legal teams to support successful project delivery.

Track partnership pipelines, milestones, risks and actions, ensuring accurate reporting and governance.

Support senior stakeholders with market intelligence, competitor analysis and strategic insights.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the property and investment sectors.

Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that support long-term growth and expansion.
