Calibration Administrator

As a Calibration Administrator will be based on a state-of-the-art facility in Sligo within the biopharma  sector. 

The role  will support site calibration activities by reviewing, updating, and maintaining instrument calibration records within the Maximo Asset Management System, ensuring alignment between documentation, system records, and instruments in the field

Responsibilities:

• Review calibration documentation and historical records for all calibrated instruments within Maximo.


• Identify and investigate discrepancies between Maximo records, calibration documentation, and physical instruments on site.


• Update instrument documentation (including Inclusion Forms) where a compliant calibration history is established.


• Update, maintain, and navigate asset records within the Maximo system.


• Conduct site walkdowns to locate instruments and verify asset details and identifiers.

Skills Required:

• Previous calibration experience or strong knowledge of instrumentation to accurately review and assess records.


• Proven confidence and experience navigating the Maximo Asset Management System.


• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and manage documentation accurately.


• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or regulated sites.

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

• Qualification in Engineering or relevant field preferred.
