Qualified Motor Mechanic – Co. Waterford, Ireland

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join a busy, modern service center in Co. Waterford. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of modern vehicles, with a primary focus on European brands (VW Group, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Renault/Peugeot, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct advanced computer diagnostics to identify and resolve complex faults.

  
  


• 
  

  Work on engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete vehicle health checks and provide clear technical reports.

  
  

Requirements (Mandatory):

• 
  

  EU Citizenship: Must hold a valid EU Passport (No visa sponsorship available for this specific role).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with European car brands.

  
  


• 
  

  Qualification: Fully qualified Mechanic (Level 6 FETAC/SOLAS or equivalent European qualification).

  
  


• 
  

  English Language: Strong conversational English is essential for communicating with the team and explaining technical issues to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Driving License: Full, clean driving license.
