Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional, consultative manner
• Sell new and used vehicles, presenting features and benefits effectively
• Conduct vehicle appraisals and manage part-exchange valuations
• Support customers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to handover
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up on sales leads
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and manage trade-ins
• Produce personalised video walkarounds and online vehicle listings
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through excellent service and follow-through

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in car sales or another target-driven sales environment
• A full, clean driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation to exceed targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction
• Experience with digital tools and online customer engagement is a plus
