We are currently looking for a Care Supervisor in Wexford.

Essential Requirements:

• A full driving licence with access to a car is essential in this role
• Qualified to QQI Level 6 in Care or equivalent
• Previous experience in home care or a related environment
• Great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Possess basic IT skills
• Organisational and problem-solving skills
• A respectful and inclusive approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide care staff from induction training to effective delivery of care
• Prepare, implement, review and update service plans
• Monitor daily care service delivery ensuring care plan requirements are met
• Develop care team capacity working with the recruitment department
• Develop professional relationships with colleagues, clients and families
• Maintain up-to-date records of care service delivery
• Report accurately to your manager on all aspects of home care delivery
