OVERVIEW  

The Cassette Assembly Operator plays a crucial role in the production line at Manna, specializing in the assembly of high-quality cassettes for our innovative drone technology. In this hands-on position, you will ensure that each component is assembled with precision and meets our rigorous quality standards. Reporting to the production supervisor, you will contribute significantly to maintaining efficient operations and achieving production targets.

ROLE PURPOSE  

The Assembly Operator is integral to our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble cassettes with high attention to detail, ensuring that all units meet our strict specifications before they are passed on to the next stage of production. Your work directly contributes to the overall success of our drone delivery system. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING  

Assembling cassettes according to detailed specifications and production schedules. 

Conducting quality checks to ensure each assembly meets safety and performance standards. 

Documenting assembly processes and reporting any discrepancies or areas for improvement. 

Collaborating with other production team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. 

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES + KEY QUALIFICATIONS EXPECTED FOR THIS ROLE  

Proven experience in assembly line or manufacturing environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions precisely. 

Mechanical aptitude and a passion for building and assembling products. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
