The position is for a well-established hotel, located in the west of Ireland, offering a high-quality hospitality experience focused on service excellence, guest satisfaction and teamwork.

It is a busy hotel welcoming both local and international guests, with strong activity throughout the year and peak season from April to November. The business is as follows:

· Offering quality dining with a focus on fresh, local and seasonal products
· Providing a high standard of service in a dynamic and professional kitchen environment
· Delivering a consistent and efficient breakfast service
· Welcoming a large international clientele

You will be working as a Breakfast Chef, responsible for morning kitchen operations.

Duties involve:

· Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to hotel standards
· Managing breakfast service efficiently
· Ensuring food quality, consistency and presentation
· Organizing mise en place for morning service
· Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
· Working closely with the kitchen team
· Supporting kitchen operations when required
