• Craft and present high-quality dishes that reflect our contemporary style and culinary standards.


• Support junior kitchen team members, contributing to their training and development.


• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with HACCP and food safety regulations.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.


• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across all workstations.


• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, food prep, and maintaining kitchen excellence.


• Contribute to sustainability by reducing food waste and using resources efficiently.


• Assist in managing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring compliance with hygiene audits.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality or fast-paced kitchen environment.


• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.


• A proactive team player with strong communication skills.


• Proven knowledge and adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.


• The ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
