Chef de Partie (day-time shifts only)

Jilly and Joe's Carrick-on-Suir are currently recruiting a day-time chef-de-partie to join our amazing team.

The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, a passion for cooking and work well as a part of a team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A passion for food
• Hardworking
• Familiar with HACCP and compliance with food safety regulations
• Excellent food hygiene practices
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility of working hours, including weekends (day-time shift only)

Duties Include:

• Cooking and presentation of dishes
• Assisting Head Chef and Sous Chefs with maintaining high quality cooking standards
• Maintaining food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Compliance with HACCP legislation
