Location: Pinterest

Rate of pay:  €16.50 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm

This is a very exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie position in one of Dublin's most beautiful new office spaces.

With attractive working patterns and a fun energetic environment, this role is a great opportunity for the successful applicant to grow with Gather & Gather and provides the opportunity to learn and develop specialist skills and knowledge while developing your craft with creativity and flair.

We are looking for applicants with the following;

Knowledge and ability to run a section(s)
Ability to work without close supervision and on own initiative
Ability to manage KPs and front of house team members
Ability to produce good quality food in all sections - good communication skills
Team management skills
High level of attention to detail
Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus team members around you

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing & setting up breakfast and lunch 

• Preparing and delivering cold services buffet breakfast & set up to bespoke standards

• Designing, preparing and delivering extra themed breakfast special options on a rotational weekly basis

• Finishing & setting up delivered model lunch service

• Minimal cooking onsite

• Following all HACCP & Food Safety standards

• Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes

• Monitoring stock control, orders, deliveries

• Laising with Central Production Unit

• Supporting Catering services with evening events, happy hours, hospitality bookings

• Supporting Catering services with events & Happy Hours in other clients sites (optional extra hours)
