Chef de Partie (strong experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (strong experience) to join a well-established family-run restaurant and guesthouse in County Mayo, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals seeking a long-term, full-time role in a scenic location with a supportive kitchen team.

Location: County Mayo, Ireland
Relocation: Required
Housing: Private room in shared staff house at €120 per week (all bills included)
Salary: From €18.00 gross per hour + shared tips
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
Working Hours: Full-Time

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing your own kitchen section
• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
• Catering for dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, coeliac)
• Maintaining HACCP compliance and kitchen cleanliness
• Stock management, ordering, and minimizing waste
• Collaborating with Head Chef and kitchen team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Team player, flexible and efficient
• Immediate availability preferred
• Own professional chef uniform
