Chef de Partie to join our Swords restaurant

Santry Food Services are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our Swords restaurant.

A franchise of Camile Thai.

Address of job: Unit 2, Airside Shopping Centre, Swords, Co. Dublin

Duties will include:

• Cooking the food and making our sauces.
• Do the food preparation before opening.
• Checking the food dates if they are ok .
• Washing and cleaning up all the equipment.
• Keeping the kitchen area tidy at all times.
• Preparing spices to match our dishes.
• Training new junior staff in our recipes.
• General chef de partie duties.

This is a full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Salary Euro 30,000 per annum. Candidates must have 2 years chef experience. And experience in a professional kitchen.
