The position is for a beach restaurant and bar located in Cyprus, offering a vibrant and high-quality hospitality experience focused on customer service, efficiency, and team collaboration in a dynamic seaside environment.

It is a well-established seasonal business, welcoming an international clientele during the summer period. The business is as follows:

· Offering Mediterranean-style dining with a focus on fresh and seasonal products
· Providing fast and friendly service in a lively and busy environment
· Delivering a memorable guest experience in a beachfront setting
· Managing high-volume service periods with efficiency and professionalism

You will be working as a Bartender, supporting the daily operations of the bar and service team.

Duties involve:

· Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
· Creating cocktails and ensuring high presentation standards
· Providing excellent customer service at the bar and during service
· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
· Managing stock levels and assisting with orders
· Handling payments and operating the POS system
· Supporting the service team during busy periods
· Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
